systems, has announced the appointment of Randall L. O'Brien, aged 40, to the
position of Vice-President, Sales and Marketing.

Mr. O'Brien has held several positions with CoolerSmart since 1998 including Sales
Director, Branch General Manager and, most recently, Director of Dealer Development.
In his new role, Mr. O'Brien will oversee all sales and marketing activities
including branch sales, national sales, dealer sales, and telemarketing.

Commenting on the appointment, Alan Crosby, President and CEO of CoolerSmart stated,
"Randy has been a key contributor to CoolerSmart's past success and his new role
will allow the entire sales organization to reap the benefits of Randy's experience

Mr. O'Brien attended Wiedner University and has achieved CWS VI and CSR professional
certification from the Water Quality Association (WQA).
